1. Products & Services

• We specialize in premium curtains, blinds, and installation services.

• All product images are for representation; slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

• Custom sizes and made‑to‑order products cannot be returned once confirmed.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (+91 9867244178), or in‑store.

• Payments are accepted through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI options.

• Full payment or advance may be required before processing custom orders.

3. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery and installation services are available only within Mumbai.

• Customers must provide accurate address details for timely service.

• Home visits for sample viewing are subject to prior appointment and availability.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Ready‑made products may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Custom‑made curtains and blinds are non‑returnable.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Privacy & Communication

• Customer details (name, phone, email, address) are collected only for order processing and service.

• We respect your privacy and do not share information with third parties.

• By contacting us, you agree to receive updates via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Royal Touch Furnishings is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, transport delays).

• Installation is carried out by trained professionals, but customers must ensure safe access to the installation site.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
