1. Products & Services

• We specialize in custom curtains, window blinds, sofa refurbishing, and soft furnishing services.

• All product images are for representation; slight variations in color, texture, or fabric finish may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

• Custom-sized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.

2. Home Visit, Consultation & Measurement

• Visiting Charge & Validity: A nominal Home Visit & Site Measurement fee of ₹300 is applicable for doorstep fabric catalog viewing, site inspection, and expert consultation. This fee comes with a validity of 1 Year from the date of the visit.

• Fee Adjustment: The ₹300 visit charge is fully adjustable / refundable against your final bill upon order confirmation.

• Free* Offer Clause: Any promotional Free* home visit or measurement offer is subject to specific campaign rules, service area limits, or minimum order value requirements.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (+91 9867244178), or during home consultation.

• Payments are accepted through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Bank Transfers.

• Advance payment is mandatory before processing any custom fabric stitching or order execution.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery, measurement, and installation services are available across Mumbai (Goregaon, Malad, Andheri, Mira Road, etc.).

• Home visits are subject to prior appointment booking and operational schedule availability.

• Customers must provide accurate address details and safe access to the site for smooth installation.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-made curtains, blinds, and tailored sofa materials are strictly non-returnable once stitched or cut.

• Ready-made items (if applicable) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Privacy & Communication

• Customer details (name, phone, email, address) are collected solely for order fulfillment and catalog visits.

• We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third-party vendors.

• By reaching out to us, you consent to receiving updates, quotations, and catalog details via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Royal Touch Furnishings is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen logistical issues, fabric availability, or transport delays.

• Customers must ensure a safe and accessible area for installation professionals.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
