• We currently provide delivery and installation services only within Mumbai.

• Orders outside Mumbai are not accepted at this time.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation and payment.

• Custom‑made curtains and blinds may take longer depending on fabric availability and tailoring requirements.

3. Delivery & Installation

• Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery and installation time.

• Installation is carried out by trained professionals to ensure a perfect fit.

• Customers must provide accurate address details for timely service.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery within Mumbai is free for orders above ₹5,000.

• For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply.

• Installation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Delays

• While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, supplier delays) may cause rescheduling.

• Customers will be notified promptly in case of any delay.
