Readyβmade products may be eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customβmade curtains and blinds are nonβrefundable, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences.
2. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated within 7β10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, EMI).
3. NonβRefundable Situations

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation by unauthorized personnel.

Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production or tailoring has already begun.
