1. Order Processing  
- All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.  
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.  

2. Delivery Timeline  
- Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days (depending on location).  
- Metro cities may receive delivery faster, while remote areas may take longer.  

3. Shipping Charges  
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1499.  
- For orders below ₹1499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied.  

4. Payment Options

- COD (Cash on Delivery) is **NOT available**.  

5. Product Video Requirement  
- Every product comes with a **360‑degree video demonstration** for complete transparency.  
- Customers are requested to view the product video before placing an order to ensure clarity of design, fabric, and detailing.  

6. Tracking Orders  
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS.  
- You can check real‑time status of your shipment.  

7. Responsibility  
- We ensure safe packaging and trusted courier partners.
