🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Vivek Saree Studio

1. Return & Exchange Window  
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.  
- Requests after 7 days will not be eligible.  

2. Product Condition  
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.  
- Tags and labels should remain intact.  

3. 360° Product Video Requirement  
- Every product is shown with a compulsory 360‑degree video before purchase.  
- Customers are requested to view the video carefully before ordering.  
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons already visible in the product video (color, design, fabric detailing).  

4. Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange  
- Wrong product delivered.  
- Damaged product received.  
- Size or stitching defect not visible in the product video.  

5. Refunds  
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.  
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Netbanking).  
- COD is not available.  

6. Exchange Process  
- Exchange is available for size/design issues (if stock is available).  
- If exchange is not possible, refund will be initiated.  

7. Responsibility  
- Customers must ship the product back safely to our address.  
- Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.
