• Custom‑made curtains and blinds are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences.

2. Exchange Process

• Exchanges are allowed for ready‑made products if you wish to change the size, color, or design (subject to availability).

• Customers must bear any price difference if the exchanged product is of higher value.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

• Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you on returning the product to our store.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed as per our Refund Policy within 7–10 business days.

4. Non‑Returnable Situations
